Your role :
In a process development and innovation department, digital technologies and innovation are at the core of our day-to-day routines.
In this context, the candidate will be managing project-based activities to implement digital solutions driven by the needs of our scientific end-user communities.
The candidate will collaborate with IT vendors, project stakeholders ,and end-users with an agile mindset to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions. Good communication skills are required to be able to implement those solutions efficiently and to manage changes with the end-users.

Understanding business requirements and delivering hands-on technical work to meet them by using your technical expertise, whilst collaborating with a heterogeneous group of business, digital, and IT experts, motivate you beyond expectations. Moreover, you are/will:
Ahead of the discussions through your pro-active and organized approach
Able and eager to learn (e.g.: new technologies)
Self-Managed, stress-resistant, adapting and adapting to the requirements
Education and professional experience:
Graduate degree or more in a scientific or engineering discipline with strong IT background or IT specialist with a demonstrated experience in the laboratory informatics area
You feel comfortable being part of a global matrix organization
Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments
Experience in the integration of some of the following IT, manufacturing and laboratory informatics management tools; SDM, LIMS, LES, ELN, CDS, SDMS, SDM
Knowledge and experience in Computerized System Validation
Knowledge of programing language such as Python is a plus
Master of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Project)
Business fluent English, French would be an asset
